10-27-2023 20:38OMG....this was the FIRST time in 25 years that I was immediately offered assistance with taking my heavy order to my car and help loading it in!!! The ladies in Customer Service are FANTASTIC and should be commended for really turning the atmosphere of this department around 180 degrees!! I used to dread coming to this HD location. NOT ANYMORE! I'm looking forward to many future purchases at this store location and even just dropping in for friendly faces and do some looking and purchasing time. Thanks for a great experience!!!!

10-21-2023 06:28Miriam at the pro desk helped me order my fencing supplies for a home project! She was patient and kind during the process. My fencing has been install and looks amazing! She also signed me to for Pro Xtra and I was able to save and earn perks! I will be back to plan future protects. Thanks again Miriam!

09-05-2023 23:12I visited Home Depot on November 4, 2023, and unfortunately, my experience at the truck rental department was far from satisfactory. As a long-time and loyal customer of Home Depot, who has spent thousands on property renovations, I had higher expectations for the level of service I would receive. Upon approaching the counter at around 9:13 AM, I encountered an employee who appeared preoccupied with a personal phone call. When I inquired about renting a truck, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly response. The employee stated, I don't have any, without offering any assistance or attempting to understand my needs. This encounter left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I believe that customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it was disheartening to receive such treatment. If this employee is unhappy in their role, perhaps they should reconsider working in a customer-facing position. I hope Home Depot takes my feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their customer service standards. My loyalty to the brand has been seriously tested by this experience, and I hope that in the future, customers will receive the respect and assistance they deserve when visiting Home Depot.

08-16-2023 05:22Was in parking lot watch lot man hit a new vehicle with a cart , helping customer I told employee his name was maurice and customer you need to leave a note on his window they tore his paint job up . They looked at me like I was crazy . I then informed the manager . Pointed out employee and gave them they tag number . This home depot has crumbled in qaulity and integrity . That car was new , this is all a reflection on management

07-11-2023 16:22I used to live here 20 some odd years ago… This store has always been a good store for Home Depot. It was easy to get help in. This is the only store that anyone ever asked me if I needed help loading my materials. Back then, and until this day… Great job team. Keep up the good work, and I’ll see you tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day,… You get the point.

06-15-2023 15:23This afternoon I needed 2 items from your great store. I ordered them for curbside pickup. I got a text, that they were ready to pick up within 30 minutes. I drove to the store and parked in the pick up area. I opened my text up and saw that it said curbside pickup is available until 6pm. It was 6:24. I called the phone number from the text and a young man named, Omar Hodge answered the phone. I asked him, because it was after curbside pickup time, could I walk into the store and pick up the order. He simply asked me for the order number and right away asked me where I was parked at. I told him that I was at #4. His next words were I'll bring that order right out to you! In 3 minutes he came to me and loaded my products. Omar is what the definition of Customer Service is! I am handicapped and he had no way of knowing that and brought me my products without me asking. Please let him know that his Customer Service skills are a huge asset to your organization. 05-15-2023 01:44Not too bad but it just feels like some of the aisles are blocked with merchandise that shouldn't possibly be there. And it sucks that it seems like all Home Depots are going self checkout. I miss and love actually having a cashier. Also I wish they had more people trained and you know the proper areas and know what they're talking about at all stores. Definitely was a lot better back in 2015 and earlier
