09-06-2023 14:10First call for technical assistance was not only uneducated in the product, but hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone who KNOWS. 2nd call was supposed to transfer my call to Corporate office for assistance, and ended up hanging up on me. I guess the couple thousand dollars a year I spend on tools and equipment will be spent elsewhere from now on. Horrible customer service!

05-06-2023 05:59I would not shop from this place again I bought a $190 cement mixer and it was a real tiny one and I was going to send it back that was going to cost me a hundred and thirty some dollars to send back I told him it's cheaper to keep it I would never shop there again they are ripoffs so you better really look at what they have in there terms

05-01-2023 13:44We’ve bought several things from the Ft Wayne store. Always get Great care and Staff is also Great. The Store is ran but Awesome People. Very knowledgeable on equipment. Store Manager’s Gabbie and Oryan helped carry My last Big purchase out to my car.. Can only give 5 Stars here but I’d really give them more if I could I’d recommend this store to anyone…
