Walmart Supercenter

The customer service was very poor. When I get to the register, the lady over self check out was on the phone the whole time cursing just being so unprofessional. Definitely not a good look.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because they had the items I was looking for and I didn't need any help from anyone. Beyond that, I had to use self checkout. The receipt checker, when I was leaving, checked my receipt. I said thank you, have a nice day. My response? I got uh-huh. Nobody thanked me, nobody invited me back, I was told uh-huh. That's a direct quote. Uh-huh........

Thank you for the prices. But, the wait, unacceptable. I know it may be cost effective, but I enjoy good customer service. I spent over $200. Had to ring, bag, pack, deliver, unpack, and put it all away.... I deserve a raise.

Broken dirty men’s restroom. Light turns of after 60 sec. People at the entrance begging for money with signs and engaging persistently in conversations, that have nothing to do with visits to the store. Overall feeling on the parking lot is unsafe.

I absolutely love Ann Street Walmart, however I had to do a grocery pickup and had to wait over an hour once I checked in to pick it up. They gave my order to someone else so they had to go pick it back out. No one told me this, I had to go inside to find that out. I ended up talking to the manager and she was very kind and gave me a gift card for my inconvenience. Kim in customer service was awesome too. Grocery Pick-Up just needs to get it together.

Empty or understocked shelves. Merchandise locked up on shelves and the only people that can unlock are customer service. They don't respond to help customers. Give them zero stars but it will not let me.

I am highly concerned that there is a deceased elderly gentleman in your establishment. We are also concerned about the nuclear incident that has occurred in the middle of your store. It has been sectioned off by hermetically sealed zippered tarps, and only authorized personnel can enter. Please kindly dissuade my displeasure with your place of employment.

Waited in online pickup for an 1.5 hour! Went and tried to get my own items and they wouldn’t give it to me! Wouldn’t answer the phone in the front or back! Horrible CS! I’ll NEVER go to this ghetto location again!!! NEVER!!!!
