Best Buy

This was probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Angie, I think the manager, was absolutely horrible. She was condescending and extremely unhelpful. I feel bad for her staff who have to tolerate her abismal leadership style.

It was a joy to visit. The friendly staff was working hard, and the location was well-maintained. Pricing is moderately high for products, yet the expertise of the associates is worth the trip. They had a huge selection of tvs and appliances. The holiday hours were posted for customers on the front door.

I used the Geek Squad to help me reset some problematic Google Nest products, and they were AWESOME. Jacob and Mars did exactly what I needed, had great communication and a sense of humor, and I'd 100% use this service again and recommend it. Thank you, Jacob and Mars!

This place has awful customer service ever!!!! I went to buy an iPhone 14 for my brother only to be met with an ignorant ugly employee named Reyna. I had barely gotten out of work and wasn’t able to change so she gave me the most ugly insulting look she could make after I just asked her to sell me an iPhone. She acted all high and mighty even after I was talking to the manager and even laughed at me. MANAGEMENT BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT

Customer service is poor at every Best Buy I have shopped in from coast to coast. Stores are big, and it's always hard to find sales associates, even when the store is not busy. Sales associates do not seem to be well versed in the store's products. They are generally polite. Some try to help. Others seem disengaged. The Oxnard store has an employee greeting customers when they enter, and pointing them in the direction of the item they are looking for. This is an improvement, but it still can take a good bit of time to get a sales person to help This trip I got the impression that the store is seriously understaffed. I dread going to Big Buy and try to avoid it when I can. Unfortunately there are few alternatives in this area.

I'd gone to Best Buy to buy some appliances but wasn't too sure about the quality or price. Lately, though, I've been buying small and medium sized items and have been happy for the most part. Some don't work exactly as advertised or as well as they were explained to me by employees. I'm still learning to use my vacuum but am a bit disappointed that it doesn't have a long tube to reach high places like I wanted tasked the person I spoke with if it came with the long tube. He said yes, but that wasn't true. Haven't used it to vacuum carpets yet because I forget what to do. I still went back to Best Buy to buy Blink cameras for my house. Happy with those.

The store manager was awesome but that is where my good experience ended. The delivery driver left my TV sitting in my driveway where anyone could have picked it up rather than walking 20 ft to my front door and knocking or at least leaving it where it would not be seen. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Took my special relative to Best Buy rather than Walmart, and it was the right choice. The selection for TVs and TV Cabinets was very good, and the prices great. Baxter helped us all the way, and his service was phenomenal. Very friendly, patient, fast, and thorough. The store is large but well laid out, and the staff was always around to help us. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. We felt valued as customers and my family was grateful.
