Bert's Phone Repairs

I contacted this store and asked whether they can fix a cracked glass of iPhone. I was told they are able and I took my phone there. I left the phone for twenty minutes and I picked it up with some finger prints from inside the glass which I did not notice until 2 hours after and had to drive back. He used the same glass however, my camera did not function properly after that. I asked him to fix it but he did not offer any solution. Not satisfied with this place at all. I won't recommend you taking your precious iPhones to this store.

DECEITFUL AND FRAUDS. My experience here started terrible from the beginning. I brought my phone here due to a shattered iPhone screen. They said they could easily replace it. I was asked if I wanted to pay for an aftermarket screen for $100 (they claimed it was not very good) or an apple screen for $200. I chose the apple screen. Within 2 weeks the screen started going black and not working at random times. I brought it back at the 3 weeks mark. They pointed out a small scratch on the screen and said the warranty was voided but that it could be replaced for an additional $80. Although I was frustrated I had to pay again for their FAULTY screen, I said to replace it as long as it was replaced with an apple screen. Fast forward 9 days while on vacation, the smallest bit of water splashes on my screen. No big deal right? Negative. The screen immediately goes out. I bring it to a repair shop here who told me 1) I had a terrible aftermarket screen, not apple. 2) they didn’t replace the water seal like needed and 3) most of my inside screws were completely missing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Complete deception.

I have an IPhone 11 and I went in to repair my screen. I didn’t call in or anything and asked to get it repaired. She took my phone and started working on it. It took her about 20 minutes to do and she was very friendly. I would highly recommend going there.

Would never go back been there 2 times to get my phone fixed to discover they never replaced my screws or panels causing my battery to disconnect and the screen to continue to pop out with every fall fixed my phone and didn’t mention the membrane was gone wasn’t worth fixing

i called to ask about a charging port change s20 ultra. the lady said to come she’ll check my phone, it was just dirty. cleaned it at no charge. she did give me a price if it was to change dat $80. highly recommend it for anyone who want to get there phone repaired at a cheap price

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max an I dropped my phone in the tub my whole screen blacked out brought it to Bert’s and they had me up and running in 20 minutes! They also have Bilingual employees great to see!
