Kim, Chris and wider team are so welcoming and offer friendly, bespoke services to meet your needs. We recently had an issue with a dining chair and Kim replaced without question under warranty. We’ll certainly be returning for additional pieces in the future due to the superior customer service. I hope the Bassett regional or home office leadership recognizes the great team they have, this is certainly rare in this industry.
