This shop has completely gone down hill. The current employees are completely clue less on hair products . This is such a change from about a year ago when the employees were welcoming and helpful and knew exactly what products I needed to achieve the look I desired.

This is my 2nd day in a row showing up to a CLOSED STORE during business hours with No signage other than the hours posted are 10am - 6pm 7 days a week. They will not answer the phone.. message box is full.. Maybe someone should to a well check at this location.. * For only having 3 days to pick up an online order its impossible when the store is closed!! * (This used to be my favorite Sally store and very unlike them). Pease update store hours!!!

This is my second time stopping at this Sally’s- just for them to be closed. Completely different time of day. If the owners/managers here can’t have enough coverage to keep it open during the hours they have posted, the posted hours should change! And just have a scheduled closed time! This is ridiculous. Won’t be even trying to come here again.

i went on sunday, the employee outside let me know that there was issue with the lock on the door. she couldnt get in with a key and since she had been waiting for a few hours for a locksmith to come she reccomended i go to the closest location instead of waiting. even in that frustrating moment she was so kind and helpful. some of these reviews are harsh, everytime i have went in the last 9 months since the change in staff they were open , nice and helpful. give customer service workers some slack. the only downside to shopping there is sometimes things are out of stock.

I bought some acrylic powder along with several other items from this location a couple weeks ago. And when I pulled it out to use it I saw it was already opened and part of it is missing. I have been to this location 3x this week to return it. And every single time they have a sign on the door with different excuses everyday for closing early! I have been there before 7 every single time and I have gotten off work earlier and earlier every day to try to catch them. To no avail though. And I am super mad at this point because they leave even earlier than what the sign says so I should have been able to catch them by now. Like last night I was there by 6:35 and they say they close at 7 for maintenance. But obviously they don't close at 7 for whatever reason. I've wasted so much time this week because of this. And I have left work early for the third time this week . So now they are costing me money. Btw I would just go to the sun ray location and try to return it. But anytime I go there and need to return anything. The employees are so emberassing abt it. They have to open every box and item to I guess see if I'm trying to return part of the product. But it's really unnerving to have other customers watching while they treat me like I'm trying to pull something. There's a limit to how ridiculous you should be abt returns. I'm seriously tired of this whole thing!

Small store with lots of different products and variations and brands. Employees are great, always welcoming, friendly and happy to help with any questions you have. They give their honest and personal opinion from personal experience so you know they're recommending something that they used and not something they're being pushed to sell. The only problem that was mentioned in another review is the hours. The hours are inconsistent, close extremely early for retail so make sure to check hours prior to each trip. For example, they close tonight, on a Wednesday at 7..... during the weekday.. convenience isn't included in the hours they made. Update: Now that Covid has calmed down they've been open during the stated hours. Still double check time as it's not a x-x Mon-fri hours and some days are shorter so plan ahead.

Such a bummer that google says you are open until 8 but I pulled in at 6:13 and the store was closed and the employee was sitting inside…. So unprofessional and poor business practices do better Update: it has Been a month of trying and still haven’t been able to get there early enough for them to be open!!! Absolutely ridiculous

They're the only place I can find Infusium 23, but the girl at the sales counter had never heard of it and I had to find it myself. Was also looking for hair bands suitable for men, but they don't carry any.
