Lovely people but they never open when they should. So many times I’ve come and it’s closed. Weird way to operate business.

I have just been served by Holly. 5* Customer service. I bought an item from there last week that I needed to return which she did. I am not a hairdresser, (she is qualified) so I asked her a lot of questions as I'm struggling with mine (texture has changed due to menopause). She was so helpful, gave me lots of tips and reassurance. The company is lucky to have her. Thank you Holly.

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and the store well stocked. Nice to see they have started to stock barber supplies, although the range could be bigger. It's not the cheapest place but it's great if you need something specific and don't want to buy online and await delivery.
