Such a nice lady. Her whole entire pallet of inventory fell out of the truck today. And she wouldn’t let me and my friend leave the store without picking out something for our daughters. Love her. So thankful. Will recommend her store to everyone I know.

I needed to get some wig supplies for a cosplay project and Yolanda was very kind and helped me find what I needed right away! There are so many different supplies and tools and I wish I went here sooner instead of fiddling around with Amazon. People here are super nice!

Terrible service!!! Bought hair from here only to be denied a refund 5hours later. Hair still in the package not touched or disturbed at all. When asked for a refund, I was told that there are not refunds on hair although my cashier did not tell me this prior to purchase then proceeded to say they have “signs” up are not in plane sight for the customer to see. Also told me it was on the receipt which it was NOT. Will not be supporting this business any longer

Nice people but very expensive. Any other hair store is far less money than this one. Not very much to choose from either.

I'm not sure his name, but the man who owns and runs the store is a total sweetheart! He's sassy and funny and he refunded me even though he wasn't supposed to! Only problem I have is the prices for a tiny bit of hair are out of this world ridiculous. I got two packs of 18 human hair tape ins and it totaled out to $275.02. That doesn't even include the $200 installation fee next door. However, as I said, the man who runs it is quite reasonable if you present a problem to him. Edit (3/1/2023): Almost all of my tape in extensions have fallen out and I have not been able to wash my hair for three days. I feel gross and I'm upset I spent all this money for what? Nothing.

Worst shopping experience ever! Followed around by an overly aggressive, non helpful, uninformed sales clerk. She started by meeting us in the parking lot with the question where are you shopping ...I assume she was going to ask us to leave if we weren't shopping in one of the assigned shops. As the 3 of us shopped she insulted my sister's hair style, offered the worst advice and gave incorrect product information. She annoyingly SANG EVERY song that played on the radio while she trolled us throughout the store. Nothing was priced.
