08-14-2023 04:20Have come to Los Tres Amigos about the past 6 yrs, the service has definitely declined, there's 1 server for the whole restaurant on a Friday night, had to wait about 10 minutes to order when I complained to him about my food he didn't seem to understand what my complaint was I had to go find the manager myself, ordered the quesabirria tacos, at first bite dipped in the broth it was GOOD! VERY hot temp wise and good flavor...as I continued eating that's when I discovered ALL THE NASTY FAT!! See picture that's what I scooped out after biting into a big glob of it, 2nd picture a weird skin was left on the beef, feedback on the guacamole (I ordered a side the server neglected to tell me it came with some I think there was an English/Spanish barrier--I did tip him $20 he was very nice and polite) too much red onion flavor, needs more lime and a pinch of salt Anyways manager did give 50% off my entree but that amount of fat was lazy by the chefs and excessive Noticeable decline in service and food quality from over the past few yrs
