08-17-2023 22:03Returned a men's parka after I had it for 8 years. I really loved the parka. It was well made but after 8 years the material on this sleeves split open. Sarah provided excellent customer service and exchanged the parka for another one under the lifetime warranty. The replacement parka I wanted was sold out in their store location and on the internet web site. So Sarah searched all locations in the country for the one I wanted and found the only one left in a New York location. She made all the arrangements to have the replacement parka delivered to my home in Ohio. I was so impressed with her attitude to go the extra mile to take care of me. Too often today you just don't get this type of customer service. She is to be commended as well as Eddie Bauer company for providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Eddie Bauer has earned my business by providing well made products that they stand behind.

08-12-2023 10:00Stopped by because of a sale flyer I received in my email. The lady that helped us was great. I found a rain jacket I wanted but they didn't have the color I wanted in my size. The lady ordered it for me right there in the store and had shipped to my house, free shipping and still at the sale price! The coat arrived in a couple of days, exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

06-14-2023 15:09I've been going back and forth on winter coats for a couple months now, especially with my not wanting to shop in-person unnecessarily with everything going on. I called and the manager, Sarah, and I had a great conversation not only about coats, but just making it through this world right now. She suggested low-traffic times to come in and try coats on so I could make the best decision. When I decided on my coat, she let me know of a great discount going on and I ended up getting an amazing coat for a great price. Besides the low cost of the coat, Sarah was just so great with helping me out and being authentically friendly. I left in a great mood and felt like someone cared. Thank you, Sarah.

05-21-2023 11:44I believe this was my first time purchasing anything from Eddie Bauer. I stumbled upon an online sale and decided to order two flannels. Unfortunately, I am smack dab in the middle between a size Large and a size Medium. I took a gamble and ordered two mediums… and they were slightly two small. So I decided to come to this location to confirm that the size large would indeed fit me correctly. I brought the two mediums with me just to compare and Sarah, who I believe is one of the managers here, ended up taking it upon herself to process my return in store saving me a decent amount of money, time and hassle, on what would have been the cost of return shipping. To complicate things, the sale on these two flannels had ended. Unlike many other retail locations, instead of writing me off Sarah continued to work the problem until she was able to successfully accept the exchange. I really appreciated her willingness to help on a busy Saturday afternoon! These may have been my first Eddie Bauer purchases but I’m sure they will not be my last! Thanks!

03-25-2023 00:20Staff was very friendly and the quality of product was top notch! They have all of your outdoor essentials. This is a smaller store so keep in mind you may need to order online. Was impressed with the stock they had available! Definitely worth a look if you're in the area

03-14-2023 11:38I like the stuff but the staff were total idiots. The one clerk made us wait ten minutes for her to log inventory into the database while a line was building before she would check us out (I am not exaggerating). Then she forgot to take the security tag off, making us have to go back to the store. No one helped us while we were looking around either. In the past, I found the staff to be much better.
