Owner was personable with other customers just not with us. I think our questions were too hard and his response became somewhat aggressive

Called to make an enquiry and when he was asked if an item was in stock he was rude and sounded like it was an effort to get up and check. We asked a second question and he sighed into the phone not really wanting to help. Very poor customer service.

Recently sold our boat through Tommy after having to move interstate. My husband and I found him personable and very easy to deal with. Happy with the outcome and process - would absolutely recommend!

I have never gotten anything faster before. I live in North Queensland. I've ordered a Vetus part on the 7th and I've got it on the 8th. Point is, it was in stock as stated and there was not a single hicckup.

Hours on web and his sticky note paper are not the same. Phone before you go or go elsewhere. Service is average and almost any question gets met with a inane answer.

Great has most things needed but not alot of products but the good ones needed for your boat and supplies

Great business. Heaps of parts and great service. Sales team are happy and friendly. Definitely shop there if your into boats.
