This location is not short hair friendly. Yet, I was told that my braids would not be large. And all of my briads are large, and uninformed. And I had two younger inexperienced hands who jerked my head so hard she pulled my hair out.

Great service! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they provided fast service. I will be returning and highly recommend!

This was my third time visiting this establishment overall it’s a pretty well-rounded place. One thing I have learned however if you have to be very, very clear of what you want if it’s anything other than box braids. Last time I went I asked for “fulani” braids based on a picture that I saw on Google. I showed the picture which showed 15 or 16 cornrows at the top with individual braids in the back... by the time I was done I had 30-40 small cornrows at the top and while it was still pretty, it absolutely destroyed my edges and was not what I initially wanted. This most recent time I wanted a braided Bob that had some curly hair left out going for that “boho” look. I was not told that I had to bring my own curly hair so I was a little disappointed but whatever I was already there. When we began I stated that I wanted all the braids to be the same length and not angled and for the length I wanted them at my shoulders. She did two braids and showed me the size and length and it was at my shoulder like I wanted. Now I understand that when you first get them done in the hair is a little stiff and automatically curls however there are some very uneven braids on my head and my right side is shorter than the left. The length comes just below my chin on most areas even if I do straighten them out. I didn’t get a good look in the mirror before I left so I was initially in love but once I got home I noticed all of the inconsistencies....even if I had noticed in the shop it would’ve been too late to change anything. If they relax a little bit and look better than I will come back and edit my review however this is where I stand right now. Overall they’re good for the price and what they do just make sure you’re clear about what you want. I rate 3 stars because even if it is a reasonable price, if Im paying for something it needs to be what I want and that is very important to me.

I received the wrong size parts and no middle part . When I asked for a middle Part instead of fixing it she got mad and said I should have asked for that from the beginning . Which normally you’re just given a middle part or the braided will ask you . Nevertheless that was miscommunication on both parts .I also said that my braids were big at the top and I diddnt look like knotless braids and more like box braids she got mad and said my hair is thick so that’s just how it looks but I’ve Definitely had better braids so I asked her to take it down and I’d just pay her for what she did and she got very nasty and wanted the whole amount when all the work wasn’t done . The braids look very old the picture showed is me leaving the shop and you can already see how old the braids look .

The most professional place I’ve ever been. A 10 out of 10. Everyone is so nice love it. Ur in and out no time wasted but they make sure their customers are comfortable love that. I recommend them over anyone one

My first experience there was a great experience. They work quickly and the work is neat. They are very friendly people. I felt comfortable there. I will be back.
