I have never had such of a wonderful experience at an auto store. Melissa was hands down the best store associate I have ever encountered. I have had such huge problems with my car and when my battery decided to go out, I felt like this was it with my car. However, Melissa made the purchase and replacing my battery incredibly easy. She certainly needs to be at the top of this auto parts chain to train others on how to make customers feel that no matter what, they will get your problem solved.

Went in to buy a bulb for my brake light. Told the counter man what I needed and he went and found it for me. Gave me a military discount too. Installed it myself and it worked fine. Recommend this vendor for your automotive needs.
