When other Oreilys stores didn't have the correct rotor, this store did. Oreilys on Stand Schlueter said it could have been delivered the next day or I could go get it. I've ran into an issue where I'd arrive and the part would be the wrong one or not there because the staff didn't out hands on it. Well, the staff here will go physically touch and confirm the part number. Thank you.

I went in this morning and due to a bad battery. Frank was very helpful with working me through with my warranty on it and also checking my alternator. Needless to say, because they honored the warranty my new battery didn't cost me anything.

What almost turned into a bad day was a good day. I went in this morning after having my car jumped to make sure my battery was okay. Too bad it was bad but thanks to Trystan and Joshuagene for helping me out and being so nice making sure it was installed correctly. Also recognizing that I still have my warranty. Also thanks to Frank the manager helping to make sure I got the best buck for a self starter jumper. Really nice guys.
