Great deal on a 70' RCA Smart TV. Unreal customer service from Vincent unlike any customer service experience in todays day and age. Highly recommend this location!! 5 stars easy

I would highly recommend going to this specific store if you are looking for a TV. All the staff we talked to were super knowledgeable. Both Vincent and Nitin were amazing to interact with, no high pressure sales and we got a great deal. As someone who chronically buys online, it is totally worthwhile going into this store! Not only for their knowledge, but we were super happy with the price we paid for our TV.

I went in to pick up the credit from my tv warranty, they told me I couldn’t take it and that I had to buy only in that location even tho when I called they said I would just need the email for the credit. Anyways. I decided I wanted to buy a Dyson. They showed me my options and I decided I wanted a v15, the manager (I’m assuming) was like the v12 is better. I was like uh no. That’s okay, and he told the cashier to proceed but then she was so pushy about me getting the v12 that was $100 more but ‘better’ cause it’s slim. I said no and she proceeded to say “so the v12?” I just left and went back the 2 days later . When I went in she was like “the v12?” I said no. Mind you. I would’ve had to wait for the v 12 to come in and they had v 15s in the back. She finally stop and just let me pay for the Dyson and I left. Just very pushy. I get that they’re trying to make sales but personally if a customer is set on something, leave it.

So unfortunate had dent when they delivered our range. Waited for 7 days already to believe they’re gonna exchange it with a new one but nope. Instead, the salesperson Parth u0026 Adel told us to just bring it back the item and they will reimburse. What a shamed they handled their costumers like that if a problem occurred. It’s not a small item, crazy people. It’s a gas range! When purchasing, Parth included the fee to unhooked the gas, later after a week telling me we can come to the store and reimburse the amount without explaining to me to find another guy to do it instead. Secondly, Parth asked me to lie, make a story to Samsung that when we open the box it has a dent/scratches already. The truth is, there’s no box when they deliver the gas range, so the Samsung doesn’t buy it. I even communicated to their head office, what they can say only is it’s depend on the store what’s their solution is. The moral of my story is, don’t go there if you look like can’t afford to buy items without great deals, better be careful.

I was looking for air fryer and a sound bar and staff are very accommodating. A beautiful girl in blue whom I forgot to ask the name and Vincent cheerfully helped me. It's more cheaper in store than online.

Bought a laptop and phone recently and the prices are unbeatable. The staff is especially helpful and friendly. Nick helped me with everything I needed to know. Great customer service with some amazing knowledge of the devices there. Definitely worth your money. Always come to these guys first before going anywhere else.

Purchased a laptop and drone couple of weeks ago. Nick has been very helpful and informative about the products. He's friendly too. This location has been the first thing to come up for me when it comes to electronics. The staffs are great! Ferran is great at giving out discounts and deals. Thank you guys! 🩵
