So poor at wag they do they don't help they made us call and talk to a guy and still don't know where are money went I will never come here and irs is saying they have had problems with h n r block

BEWARE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! I called today at 1:11pm 10/2/23 To inquire about my recently passed Mothers tax process. All I asked was can you explain what I need in order to file my recently passed mother's taxes. The lady sounded like I ruined her day. I hear ugh hold on let me get to my desk. Than click, she hung up on me. With no call back or anything. If someone has a loved who passed away. There should be some type of response my condolences, or I'm sorry for your lose. NOTHING!! Just a ugh let me get to my desk than hang up on me!! You lady are a horrible person. Something like this will happen to you and karma will come your way with how horrible you are!!. TurboTax maybe my way now

Lois at the San Mateo location was great. But the service is just too expensive. It was $1000 to file 2021 and 2022 taxes, and I had no idea of that price from the person who first helped me (not Lois). It was pretty stressful and took months to find my paperwork again, it was lost, but Lois helped me and we got it done. But I don't think I would go back again because of the expense.

I ended up getting my tax preparations fees completely refunded after tax preparer Leslie Coriz made a five-figure mistake on my 2022 taxes whereby I had to go to an outside tax preparation company to have my taxes amended. In addition, several of the staff members, as well as District Office Manager Cecilia Uebel never returned my repeated calls for help which required my contacting the corporate office for a solution as well as my refund. This was my first- and last-time using Hu0026R Block.

Had a very great experience my tax layd name Catherine Alexander was on her game and was not messing around he got to business and explained alot about 1099 the pro and cons of it and etc . But she the best 10/10 for her I'll come back next year for sure 😃😊
