This firm is over priced they took £129 off my parents to come out and fix the flush on their toilet, they then wanted an extra £219 to come and complete the job, I would highly recommend not to use this firm

Disgusting service! We fixed it ourselves. Engineer left water everywhere twice. Waste of money. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Should be shut down.

Stay away from these scammers. I was lied to and misled to believe that the £89 charge includes the cost of parts but am now being told the I have to pay for these myself. I’ve also been told that I can’t get a refund for the misinformation which means that I paid £89 for an “engineer” to look at my tap for 5 seconds and tell me he doesn’t know what the problem is. I’m now being told I need to pay £50 to cancel my plan. Absolutely disgusting.
