Walmart Supercenter

I don't even know where to begin with my anger towards Walmart. It's like they make it their mission to frustrate customers at every turn. First of all, their website is an absolute disaster. I tried to order a simple item online, and it took me ages to navigate through their clunky interface, only to have my order mysteriously disappear at checkout. Then, when I decided to brave the chaos of an actual Walmart store, I was met with long lines and shelves in complete disarray. It's like they don't even bother restocking half the time. And don't get me started on their customer service. It's non-existent. I had a question about a product, and the associate I approached acted like I was ruining their day by asking for assistance. Overall, my experience with Walmart has left me seething with anger. I won't be returning anytime soon. It's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect of their operation. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I made a curbside pick up. Drove to pick up area. Choose a parking place. Called number to tell # of space i parked in. A few minutes and man checked my identity verbally. Told him i popped trunk open. Wiola, put parcels in, shut trunk. Thanked him, and away i could go.

I was at the vision center. I'll never go anywhere else. They are amazing. They were helpful and friendly and I felt at ease every time I was there. And my glasses came in earlier than expected!! I definitely recommend the excellent service for the vision women!! A huge thumbs up from me!! Thanks

The manager in the electronics department was so friendly to us and made sure we were being taken care of. He was definitely interacting with the employees and keeping them busy. You can tell that this guy cares about doing his job well. We had visited 6 stores (4 Walmarts) on Easter Sunday looking for a laptop computer. Green Bay was the only location that had a lovely variety to choose from!

This place has really taken a dive. We were checking out today and a random stranger approached the clerk and asked the clerk to add his item to our checkout I'm tryin to buy this can you scan me he says to the clerk...then got mad when the clerk told him no and proceeded to cuss out the clerk. Like the clerk was supposed to ring him up on our bill based on skin color. Absolutely ridiculous. The clerk handled it professionally but kinda ignored the seriousness of it all. Where is your loss prevention? Store security? Called and asked for a store manager 4 minutes later and got a switchboard girl to let them know this was going on. Doubt they will do anything about it

Grabbed a few items we forgot on our trip. Found some awesome shirts while shopping.

Called the Store three times in a row and the phone just rings and no one picks up. 11:50 am and I call again as I’m about to walk in. Walk up to the service desk as the phone is still ringing and ask to speak to a manager. The woman at the service desk walks right by ringing, phone grabs a radio to call a manager. When the manager walks up to me first thing I ask is if he hears the phone ringing. Yeah that’s me calling trying to get a hold of someone in the store. That’s no way to run a business.

Always a great selection. This time we needed to get some Packers stuff, considering it is a local GB store, we were not disappointed at all! And cheaper than the P r o s h o p or other stores offering (licensed) stuff. Highly recommended!
