JUST FURNITURE (195488)

The process of picking out a sofa and ordering it went smooth, but trying to get it delivered to my home has been a process so far. The Lancaster location (where I purchased it) called to let me know they were closing the week I was originally told my sofa would come in for delivery. They said everything would be transferred to the Reading location and my sofa would come in the week of July 16. It did, and the Reading location called to set up delivery for July 22. Then two days before they contacted me to let me know it had to be rescheduled to July 26. I have a funeral to go to and asked if they could confirm delivery could be made before 5pm and I received no response. I’ve tried calling several times yesterday and this morning with no response. Delivery has now been delayed almost 3 weeks and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered today either. Update: someone finally called me late in the morning to say it would be delivered between 5-6pm after I had told them I would not be available after 5. I had to reschedule again. The day it was rescheduled to I had an appt/meeting at a certain time which I told them, and they delivered in the middle of that hour - which was the only time I told them I was not available. I had to cut the meeting short so I could allow the delivery, and then the guys who delivered left all of the trash and packing material in my driveway, which I didn’t notice until after they had left… terrible delivery experience all around. I’m just glad the couch appears to be in proper condition.
