Staybridge Suites Toledo - Rossford - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

A few things to improve on: 1. The bed skirt has way more stains. 2. The bagel i got from the breakfast bakery area has mold on it. I warned the staff and they checked on it . I would have taken all of them out if I was the staff. 3. The shower was supposed to be equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash but i think they might have refilled conditioner with shampoo/body wash. Over all it is not a bad choice for family trips. The room is well equipped for a family with regular size fridge, pans and pots and stuff for quick cooking. I would give it a second chance considering the overall experience.

Clean rooms and fairly well maintained facilities and building exterior. Friendly and helpful staff do what they can to help you with what problems they are able to. The great staff here deserve to be recognized. Pool furniture is older and breaking down slightly with electric tape holding the legs together. only one of 3 Washing or drying machines worked at the time of my stay. The breakfast was good with hot options, fruits, waffles, and cereal.

The first room we were assigned to had what appeared to be either pet hair or someone's body hair on the fitted sheet of the bed. YUCK! The room was not clean and very dusty. The front desk moved us to another room w/o any hassle. This is an extended occupancy for us, and so far, things are working out.

Room was decent and the staff was very nice. There were a few house keeping issues but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

The room was clean and beds and pullout couch were comfortable. The IHG app took us to a vacant lot. There were no blankets for pull out couch and front desk lady was scattered. Breakfast was presented well, but the seating area not clean.

This was a great value for the room you get. The kitchen area is really nice. And the rest of the room is spacious and comfortable. The only negatives are it gets noisy at night, particularly in the hallways and the basketball court area. The staff didn't seem to think it was an issue, as they did nothing about it. Also the breakfast was supposed to start at 630am, it didn't start until 730am, I had to go buy my breakfast because of this. The staff were decently helpful other than the issues I already mentioned. I would stay here again, but they need to address these two issues.

It's was a nice room and very well cleaned. One small complaint, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Stuff happens. The 3 is because there was a horrible hum in the room. No maintenance people were available. I used our RV trick... turn the A/C fan to high and constant. We slept fine. The person on the morning reception posited it was the driers in the laundry. Shut off the driers or don't put people in that room is my recommendation.

We had a wonderful experience last weekend while we were visiting our daughter in college. The room was awesome and clean. The pool was really nice. The breakfast they has in the morning was amazing! There was so many wonderful choices to pick from. But by far the best part of our experience was the staff. They really care about their guests and it shows. Cameo the manager was super nice and went way out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We already know we are gonna stay here every time we go to BGSU. I'm already dreaming about those fresh made waffles!😋
