Our room was ready on-time and clean and very spacious. Our door was a little hard to close because it was not level, but it wasn't a big issue. The staff during breakfast were very friendly.

This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are always tidy and ready for use every day. The one working the front desk around 7pm she was very helpful to try and get my wifi working for me. The bathrooms are in great condition. Plenty of parking too, the bad side is if your coming from the one direction you have to have good timing on crossing traffic.

Paid for room on hotels .com. Was for my daughter bday with another person. I get there and they tell me it's 250.00 incidentles more than the room. They judged us I did not have enough for the 250.00. So my daughter myself and her friend had to leave and no refund on the room. They were so rude to us. Way to go Hampton Inn ruined a little girls day. BE BETTER.
