Wanta take your car to the biggest hack jobs in the CSRA? Take your car on down to Snide’s. These guys don’t even have a legit paint booth. Just a bay door blocked off with cardboard and a fan! They’ll put the wrong hood on your car and post it online for the world to see! Great job snides!

Had my insurance company. Travelers. Contact this company to give me a tow. The wait time was total of 77 minutes. They never showed up. I don't know what happened on their end. But I got no call back or anything from this company. I'm sure they've done great service to others. But in my case, not so much.

The driver from Snide's was courteous and professional. I will use them again for my towing needs. The driver told me that they also do automotive repairs.

He called And kept in contact with me when he had a delay of getting to me and advised me that he was on his way after he takes care of another customer that was broke down on the side of the road which was fine my car was broken down at my home address so i wasn’t in no type of rush I was just glad he told me what was going on and I loved that he kept me informed every step of the way this is the first company that was willing to keep in contact with me, keeping me informed of what’s going on I will definitely call Snide’s from here on out and recommend them to anyone
