This is my new go-to auto shop. I had a very pleasant first experience here yesterday. Prior to going in-person, they were very quick at replying through email and addressed all my questions and concerns. Once I got to the auto shop, they were very patient and detailed at answering additional questions. I appreciated how they were also able to pull up visuals on their computer screens to help with the explanations. They are very honest and transparent with all the work they do. I have a Honda CRV and I went to get my transmission fluid and engine oil changed, had my tires rotated, cabin air filter changed, and will be going back for new tires and rims in the near future. Highly recommend this team to everyone!! Thank you to Rob, Justin, and the rest of the team for the great experience!

I have great experiences from Rob at Tireworx, and Justin Chow as their service advisor for the front end desk. Pictures of work being done, and just the overall customer experience. You are treated well, and communication is on point with what needs to be done, and no surprises. If additional work needs to be done, it is communicated where you either agree for additional work or not, this shop doesn't try to UpSell you anything, Tireworx is a quality and honest mechanical shop to bring your car to for service and maintenance. I would bring my car to this shop again without hesitation. My car this time: 2012 BMW X5 Diesel, 256k KM's stage 2 Tuned. I brought it in for not an oil change, Rob knows how to maintain these cars.

Rob and Justin are amazing, they really put their customers first! Their tire services where they come to your house is so convenient and Jody was very professional!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Took my Mazda 3 in for a service yesterday and Rob and his team are so wonderful to work with! Rob is very kind, honest and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his clients.
