David was extremely hospitable. He fixed my tires and tuned up a few things when I walked in. We chatted racing, training, and traveling. Will be going back!

It's odd that only good reviews are now showing up for this store. I wrote a fairly critical one a few months ago and it never showed and up. The guy that owns this shop was not interested in earning my business and did not follow up with me as promised. I wouldn't go back here if he offered to sell me a bike at half price. He also had a bit of an attitude that was off-putting. I have probably been around bikes as long as Dave and I really don't need the condescending attitude.

Echoing other’s experiences with delays and no communication (and being scolded for asking, ha). Took 8 weeks to get mine back and only after I said I would just have to take it sans the repair. (Even then I had to wait in the shop for 45 minutes and once again ask for him to just give it to me sans repairs. After that he dropped it off at my house that evening.) Didn’t do all the work I’d asked for either. This was 2 years ago so maybe something’s gotten better but…reviews don’t suggest as much. Paradise Bikes is great!

I was immediately helped in purchasing a new bike rack for my Outback. He was super helpful and ensured I got the exact rack I needed for my car. I will be back for my bike needs!!!

Fixed up my bike for a reasonable price and was able to find an older bicycle part and install it. Great, fast service. Would certainly recommend to others

It took patents but I'm very pleased with the finish wheel. Caution, shop is very busy and you may have to wa it for your repair so get it in. early. Inventory of parts and accessories cover every inch of every wall.

Fantastic shop and owner! Going here for all my 2 wheel needs. Just casually stopped in to check out stuff with my 6yr old son. He wanted a new bell and a kickstand for his new bike and the gentleman was kind enough to cut and install the kickstand for us, in like 5 min. A+ Experience and will be bringing my wife's bicycle here for some maintenance work. Thanks again for the help and service.
