09-29-2023 15:02I don’t know where to start in describing the utter uselessness and unprofessionalism on display at Wren Kitchens Gallagher Retail Park. What started as a straightforward design consultation rapidly descended into farce due to the fact I was misled and mis-sold a new kitchen installation. Several days after paying my deposit, I received a call from the “installations team” and it soon emerged that, although I had paid £thousands for the installation alone, it didn’t include the connection of taps or integrated appliances. Does that sound like an installation to you? Me neither. Apparently, I had to find plumbers and electricians at extra cost to do this. Anil, the sales rep, did not inform me of this when he was tallying up my bill. Livid at the realisation I have to now go through the entire process of finding a supplier and designing the whole thing all over again, I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. A week later and I’d still heard nothing about my refund, so I email Anil to chase it up. He informs me that he needs the manager to process it. Days go by. So today, I email Anil again, asking when I should come to the store to process my refund. I don’t need to, he tells me, they can do it over the phone. A while later, I get a call from Kieran, the “manager”, (though it remains to be seen what he can actually manage) and he asks me to go over the reasons for my cancellation. Apparently, he didn’t think to ask his sales guy the reason and said he had no idea why I wanted a refund. I told him he should ask Anil instead of wasting my time, then call me back to process the refund, and I ended the call. OVER TWO HOURS passed and I hear nothing. I receive no email, no phone call. Nothing. I call Wren and a young lady answers. I tell her who it is and that I want Kieran to call me back and she says she’ll pass on the message. Another hour passes and now I’m so mad that I get in the car and drive across Coventry to face Kieran directly. He apologies when he sees me saying he’s been busy. The store is COMPLETELY EMPTY. More lies. Then he tells me that he’s processed the refund. So why didn’t I get a call or email to confirm this!? Even while writing this, there is still no confirmation email in my inbox confirming a refund! On behalf of every frustrated Wren customer, I told them exactly what I thought of their abhorrent and despicable treatment of me, then stormed out. So long as Wren insist on hiring people with double digit IQs and no passion for kitchens, customer service, or customers, and who only turn up to work for the pay heck, I would NEVER recommend Wren, and would seriously advise anyone looking for a kitchen to STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS APPALLING, PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS.

09-05-2023 19:05From walking into the wren store to having my kitchen installed the experience was amazing. From start to finish wren kept in touch making sure everything was going as planned, would recommend Wren kitchens to anyone. The quality of the kitchen was second to none and we are very happy with everything, keep up the good work Wren.

08-28-2023 12:24As previous comments states the before sales team will do everything to get your business but when your delivery is wrong or damaged parts they don't want to know. Stay clear of kieran the assistant manager, he was great placing are order for nearly £15.000 then any issues after he and the team fob you off. Never call you back like promised try to charge you more when they mess up.. kieran sharkey is a con artist and such a tooth faced individual and laughs when you have an issue as he states we should check paperwork that's are fault for him not adding requirements of appliances that he took out when designing our kitchen. So many things gone wrong and they don't help just say calk customer service and raise a complaint. Would never use again and would never recommend this company to anyone.

05-01-2023 18:32From start to finish the whole consult, design and order process went very smoothly, contrary to what some people would have you believe! - I employed my own fitters who had absolutely no issues with the pre-built units we ordered, quality was just fine! maybe a bit of an over-order on the work surface, but happily the fitters used the extra to make several chopping boards and some shelves, all matching the kitchen perfectly!! overall it was a 5 star experience-the staff at the Coventry branch are absolutely on-point all round.
