They've taken months to respond to my claim, and have done everything possible to not pay out. Not sure why I bothered buying insurance!

I have this just because my employer pay for it. But when you call them you will have an ugly surprise and they will not help at all.

Having sent an opticians and doctors letter in to explaining my problem PPP then sent me for 2 x appointments with consultants. ( 2 mornings off work) No news for 6 weeks then after i chased for a reply they tell me i am not covered under some small print in the hand book which is only online. filing a complaining PPP try to buy me off with a £50 compensation. I have been paying in for years only to find first problem I am not covered. Appalling service try a different company!!

No wonder they have so many bad reviews, they make you run through rings until you manage to get any cover. They make everything hard to do! Pretty poor really!!
