I have been with Cole u0026 State Farm for quite a while now. Recently, I had an incident, and a claim needed to be filed. I ran into some mishaps with the claims department when I initially filed the claim. I was told different things by different people, and there was miscommunication. It definitely caused some inconvenience and frustration. However, Cole was made aware of these issues, and he made it right. He got on the phone with the claims department and the repair shop. He was able to get our truck into the shop and have the repairs done in a much shorter time frame than previously expected. For that, I am much appreciated.

My family have been with State Farm for over 15 years and I can’t say enough about the service and care they we have received throughout the years. Cole and his staff are awesome and always willing to help. Cole is a stand-up type of guy. He stands by his word and always return calls or email.
