10-07-2023 03:38Was really lovely and got very well looked after, beds were so comfortable, and staff minded us was like a better home from home, really luxurious but down to earth and not too 'busy' with the decor. Lily was the best behaved of us all, and she really liked her stay too. thanks very much hope to see ye again 😊👍

08-04-2023 07:17I stayed here middle of September as a solo traveler and it was the best hotel that I had during my entire stay. I wish I had stayed in Belfast longer so that I could enjoy this hotel more. It is in a great location where its close but not too close to everything. It is easy to walk to the city centre and to public transportation as well. The walkway to the Titanic is close by and you can get a gret view of the water as well. The breakfast is a bit mid for the price but it is very easy. The dinner is amazing though and I would recommend it for a quick and easy option. The staff was always so helpful and ready to help. My room was made up every day which was a nice touch since most hotels still arent back to normal operation. The fire alarm did go off during my stay but the staff was great with communicating and making sure we were all safe before going back inside. I would love to stay here again and definitely recommend staying here.

07-17-2023 10:19We had trouble finding the place when we first reached town, but it turned out to be worth the effort. Bed - Spacious and comfortable Service / Staff - Excellent Elevators - Responsive, key card security. Water Pressure - Excellent Everything was clean Breakfast Buffet - a touch expensive perhaps but decent quality and variety of food and very convenient availability. On Site Laundry - Expensive, but worth the convenience to be able to keep seeing the city. Everything came back clean with light static. Parking - In garage across the street, validated half the cost. Not bad. Views - Right on the water overlooking the Titanic museum. Very well executed hotel. Make sure to pull your room door completely shut.

04-29-2023 16:38Rooms were super comfortable and big. Quite like the view of the city. It's a bit away from hustle and so everything is a 10 min walk, i.e., titanic trail, pubs, and bars the other side and so on to city. Service was not warm, best I can say in words.. but it felt not very helpful.

04-18-2023 23:35This hotel was a very nice place to stay in Belfast with a quick walk to some great restaurants. Front desk staff was wonderful. Getting taxis and directions was a breeze! The only small complaint was that the floors in the room could have been a bit cleaner. But nothing too serious. The cleaning staff is friendly and very accommodating! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

03-04-2023 04:51I had a lovely executive room overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had a nespresso coffee maker with a good selection of coffee pods, both caffinated and decaf, and the same with teas. With the hot weather, I was really happy to have a mini fridge in the room. Great variety at the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have dinner at the hotel. There is a wonderful terrace overlooking the river to sit and relax and watch the world go by. I would definitely stay here again.
