Not the best of locations although fairly good and reasonably local to the city centre. Plenty going on around the area. Room is adequate, a little small but again reasonable for the cost. Bathroom a little cramped. Service was good but I did get started at when trying to replenish my tea making facilities in my room..I had saved the cleaner time by requesting no clean on the second day but still needed more sugar etc

Nice clean room (423) and clean hotel. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and polite. We had a evening meal that was nice and reasonably priced, the breakfast was plentiful but on the cool side and no fried eggs, only scrambled.

I really loved this hotel. Fair price and it has everything you need. Excellent located, in front of the Armouries Museum and close to shops and amenities. City centre is a 10 minute walk away, so you are well connected to everything without the noise from the busy areas. There is a lovely canal just a minute away from the hotel. The hotel has good quality soaps and shampoos. The breakfast buffet was nice, although it would have been nicer if a vegetarian option was readily available, rather than having to order one on request. I would definitely recommend and return to it if I happen to go back to Leeds.
