10-15-2023 07:32Anyone who has problems with these little children in this shop an the incompetent manager I suggest you speak to citizens advice. There are ways in which to complain and go further if not satisfied with customer service response by seeking a final response after the initial complaint they are nothing but bullies in this shop and the manager ain't no better. You people start taking action against them

07-12-2023 18:02The worst experience of my life clothes shopping, they refused to refund me, so trying to find something else the guy serving me had a complete attitude , it was like he was doing me a favour to look for a trainer in my size , when the shoes came up small I asked for a size up and his face said it all , so miserable he said he’d look for me but would rather order them , as he couldn’t be bothered to look , in the end I came out the shop with shoes I didn’t want because I had no choice as they wouldn’t refund me even though I purchased only 24 hours before, every person in the store had an attitude and were so rude , if this is what Scott’s want to represent their stores they will loose a fortune because of these employees, I would never ever purchase from this shop again and will advise anyone else I know to avoid like the plague

04-13-2023 01:05I bought two pairs of trainers which I returned. The first one they accused me of wearing them which isn’t true and refused to refund me. The second one they are claiming not have received them and would not investigate it hence again refused to refund me. I’m trial I lost £180. The sad thing they are in collaboration with JD sports who is very well known for their custom services as shocking and very unhelpful. A year ago I ordered from JD two trainers returned them and it took me nearly six month to get my response which was we haven’t received them again at the time lost my money! Avoid them at all cost

03-01-2023 13:21Scotts Menswear have been very unprofessional in dealing with my ongoing complaint. They show no respect or concerns. They’ll message you with fake apologies then play around with you like mind game. They want you to brush your complaint under the carpet without a satisfactory solution. Why can’t anyone at Scotts have the decency to resolve something which is now gone over a month. Everyone who works for Scotts Menswear are too naive to admit to their faults. If you criticise them they’ll play around with you and refuse to help you. They are happy to take your money then supply you with the wrong goods. Two times they have done this but they are refusing to blame anyone who works for their company but the customer. They are not very nice people to deal with. Customers deserve to be treated better. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at Scotts or their parent companies.
