The customer service was truly top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly, approachable, and lovely. A special shoutout to Sal and Selim for their exceptional assistance – they played a key role in making the entire experience seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. Additionally, the range of tiles they offer is not only extensive but also incredibly beautiful. As someone who can be indecisive, I was pleasantly surprised to walk away from the store feeling genuinely content and happy with my choices. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend this company enough! The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me when designing my new downstairs bathroom. I am not local to the store, however they sent me photos and recommendations to help me pick tiles and also arranged delivery. When I ran out of tiles (my fault) they arranged further deliveries super quickly. Big shout out to Jamil who went over and above in his customer service, and really made a stressful situation easy! I would give more stars if I could :) Thanks again Jamil!!!

Complete useless bunch. No idea on customer service and ordered the wrong items for the wrong sink. Will not use again, oh and no refunds. See below a 1300 Brunswick vanity unit bought few weeks ago opened today for the first time damaged.
