I have had a great service at Freemans solicitors with the help of my wonderful lawyer Lorraine De Guzman. I have been provided all the assistance I needed with great care and timely manner. I wouldn't have obtained my status without the help of the firm. I would genuinely recommend them to anyone who needs help on their Asylum process specially the ones having a lot of complications on their case.

I was facing a tot-up driving ban and had been involved with another chain of solicitors who asked for a lot of money for a 'fixed rate' solution but then started fobbing me off every time I asked a question. I feel luck to have found Freemans and Peter Bedingfield. The moment I spoke to him I knew I was speaking to someone who understood the exceptional hardship case I needed to present for my child and would calmly help me present it the best way in court. Which he did. He sifted through endless documents that I threw at him to find the relevant one and helped me speak in court by asking the right questions. The judge said it was the most deserving hardship case they had ever heard. I couldn't ask for more than that. I wish they hadn't banned me at all but 1 week's ban was an awful lot better than it could have been.

As someone who was facing a trial for the 1st time, the whole system was a bit odd to me as the whole 1 or 2 years during my case, I only spoke with who was meant to actually be my solicitor for about 5 minutes during this entire ordeal however her litigation guy Oliver is who I would consider a gem. He helped calm my nerves and even worked outside of hours and gave me tips for just in case scenarios which helped alot. I appreciate Oliver alot as I know he put a lot in to see my case through despite me being what may be considered a awkward client as I generally always had my own opinions about how things should be done which seemed to work in my favour. For those dealing with barristers (this might seem petty) but they are all friends meaning your prosecutor and your barrister seem to be buddies which for me personally was a bit concerning. Besides that if you get Oliver on your legal side, you're in for a treat as he's super nice and straight to the point.

We hired Freemans for an EU pre settlement scheme application. Lorraine De Guzman was our representative. She was very hard working, timely, patient and extremely thorough with our application.
