Very unprofessional, loose cannon, doesn't show up for your court dates. Gives you wrong dates and time. Over charges!!! Watch your bill! Very manipulative. Doesn't return phone calls. Gives clients UNCLEAR instructions. Then sluffs it off thats its NOT her job to know better. Has anger issues, have verbally DEGRADED staff, thrown things at staff ( coffee cups etc). Judges have gone against her clients due to their dis like for ms funk. Be CAREFUL cause your children might be better off if you self rep over hiring her!

Heather has been working with me for over a year now. I've had good experiences every time. Supportive, friendly, patient with me, has always gotten back to me within a reasonable time. Never pushed me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. Takes the time to answer my questions and makes sure I understand things. Her understanding of what I've been experiencing has been very valuable.

I’ve mentioned not to include my living out allowance “LOA” in my financial tax for child support because it ain’t taxed at the end of the year but they insisted to include it since I made that money..... and had to fix the problem with another lawyer later on the following year. Which is why I have 2 stars.
