Hi everybody. This description is addressed to Avonmouth Euro Car Parts. Do not order online because the ordered goods will not be there on time. I write my evening as a lesson. I ordered 3 products on Saturday and received the email that I can pick them up on Sunday. I was happy, sitting in my own car I went to pick up the products....unfortunately, 2 of the products did not arrive (they didn't), so I had to leave with 1 product. Deleted the other two products. I ordered an important oil filter again and waited. The next day (Monday) I received a phone call that the product would arrive on Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday, this product is there and they said it is there. So on Wednesday I got in the car and went to pick up the oil filter. Miraculously, the filter is gone. I'm already on my second trip and we ordered the filter again today, they promised for tomorrow. I don't believe them that the product will ever arrive. My fuel costs and my time are already multiple times that of the oil filter, so this was my last purchase from this company....

Shocking service and didn't have half the parts I ordered despite showing them as as available on online and processing my order 8 hours earlier. When I arrived they took payment for the whole order and then seemed put out when I asked for a refund on the bits they charged for and didn't have. Joke of a place. Ended up going the the branch in Filton instead which was much much better.

I pre ordered a set of wiper blades so I wouldn't have to wait too long or at least that's what I thought!!! It took 15 mins for the woman behind the counter to go get them u0026 when she returned she just stared at me blankly. I said I'm waiting for the wiper blades? she said sarcasticly they're getting them. While waiting I spoke to 3 other customers who all said they've had nothing but problems at this branch. One customer purchased a lot of heavy items and when they finally brought them out on a trolley, they told him You can't take the trolley outside the shop. They then watched him struggle without offering any help. When I asked to speak to a manager, one of the employees poked his head into the warehouse to request this. I then watched this manager duck his head down and do a runner. Every member of staff looked suicidal and by the time I left I felt suicidal too. Absolutely clueless, rude and miserable as sin. I have used many different euro car part branches and none have been like this (Avonmouth) I guess I'll just swerve this one in future.

The lady behind the counter was miserable and rude, went after work on a Friday to grab the bits I needed. Whiskt I was there, there was about four other customers. She commented multiple time how she doesn’t know why people are coming so late on a Friday she wants to be at home and not working. Disgusting customer service. Purposely trying to make you feel uncomfortable for trying to spend money In their branch because she’d rather be “tucked up in bed with her cats”. When giving her the part number she purposely doesn’t ask for it then when you read it to her she says wait a second. Proper power trip. Disgusting service will not be using again

If you want to stand in a queue for 20 minutes being served by people that have zero customer service skills then go to this branch. Click and collect actually means you pay for it online and then when you arrive they disappear out the back for what feels like an eternity picking your order.

Not enough staff for the amount of customers, counter printer was broken, poor assistant had to keep going out back for receipts.

Terrible service. Every time they say they have parts in stock. They make me pay and then go off to the abyss to not come back for 30 minutes. Then they offer to get it in for me. Like I have nothing better to do to come back again! It’s the fact they just leave you hanging in the shop!
