10-07-2023 22:45This was my second time getting a new battery from NRMA. The first time I booked a time that was convenient. They were on time and the whole process took less then 10 minutes. This time I required on road assistance. I was able to track the driver location and received a text with a ETA. They were earlier then expected and like my previous experience, it was done and dusted within 10 minutes. The cost of the battery was also significantly cheaper then you would pay anywhere else. I’ve been a member for 35 years and they have never let me down. I’m a member for life. Worth every cent!

06-11-2023 00:08Ended up with a flat battery after a long day of work. NRMA turned up within half an hour and quickly changed my battery for me. They also offered to just jump start my car and come back at a later time to change my battery (or I could organise that myself) but opted to just have it changed there as they had the battery I needed in the truck. Great service and I even made it back home in time to pick up the kids from daycare.
