In this shop you can find all the perfummes you want the staff its helpfull and the prices are very good l been attented for one lady brunet and l guy which he's pack the perfumme etc...they was very nice to me and if you do the card Vip Reward everytime when you buy something they make you big discount🥰🥰🥰

I wondered into the shop during pride day. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgable, they also had an event on spin the wheel, which was great fun. I loved the atmosphere in store, the staff have very good energy.

I have visited this place on 3 separate occasions and each time the customer service is truly abysmal. The standard situation is I walk in, usually get ignored by the Sales Assistant, then I enquire about a perfume, and they usually respond dismissively. I really don't think they get that Perfume Selling is a two way thing. You have to work with the customer to find a scent they will like. I really don't understand why the service here is so poor. Each time I have ended up going to Boots Trinity and paid a little more, simply because the service is better.

I used the company online and didn't find customer services very helpful. They are cheap but so is Boots. I wouldn't buy anything expensive from here. Am sure the store is fine as you can see the product, otherwise buyer beware. A bit mardy, probably hungover, customer services wise.

For being a small shop it is its got lots of good designers but you have to ask to try most of them

Customer service is rude bit judgy or may be racist specially the one standing on till on todays date though i bought the perfume because i had to (most rude customer service i ever had in leeds)because she was thinking I can’t buy it that made me feel really upset .i had to buy 3 perfumes but i only bought one because of her judgments it happend just 10 15 mins ago 😕frustrated me so much that i had to leave review now because i felt disrespected
