Very helpful staff and great quality clothes

Still awaiting an item ordered in December for a Christmas present. I am however, Understanding of the current social dilemma with regards to covid/lockdown, but not even a message or phone call as to where my order is.

Brought a beautiful classic coat for my daughter she looked so grown up. Don't mind spending money on quality clothing and it will never date. Great shop and good service 👍

Overpriced clothes with poor range of styles, made in India and China. Salespeople too keen to sell, leave me alone, this isn't Anerica

Would to give 0 star if possible. HORRIBLE service. Cannot believe this is TED BAKER. Made the order on 12 July (£300+), set to collect in-store. No response ever since. Contacted customer services twice, still no any update on my order. Be careful if you are going to order from this brand.

One of the male staff in here is always very helpful, I wish I knew his name but other staff seem stuck up and unhelpful. Not the biggest range of products. Just make sure they take the security tags off your product, they do forget and I’ve had to return a few times to have them taken off afterwards.

I love this store. Always clean, tidy and gorgeous clothes and accessories.

Great service from both staff today making a very successful trip in the right sizea. Well lit, large changing rooms makes such a change from most shops.
