The Name Shops - Belfast

Love this place have got loads of personal blankets and very happy with every 1 of them

It annoys me how staff are so unprofessional and unpleasant when you pay for an item and get asked to come back in an hour and a half, when that is inconvenient in itself but with a 3 year old running riot it is a lot harder. Then when you call back after sitting in the shopping center they got the date completely wrong!!! There was no apology from this stand I was told 'we cant shut up shop for you, you got your money back' this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning to this stand. Customer service is too important to me.

The manager of this stand is extremely rude, abrupt and disrespectful, I have been getting products from this stand for the last number of years. When I was unhappy with the quality of the naming on my stocking I was basically told I could take it or leave it. I asked her would she just do it again and she refused as she was TOO busy and it would just come out the same. Non existent customer service

Fantastic service and products from the team at Name Shops...costs me a small fortune everytime I pass 😀 twin grandchildren would do that to you!
