Inexperienced staff, ordered a part online from there website. When I called to see if it had arrived I was informed they don't offer the service to order online and the information was wrong. Even though I had a enail confirmation with the ref numbers, address and phone number etc. After spending 16mins on the phone with being told the same thing I hung up. I then called back n asked to speak to the mgr Manni, instead of an apology for the lack of professionalism, and wrong information given previously I was told the part I ordered was cheap. I told him I know what I ordered and why I ordered the one I did but he should of been acknowledging the fact incorrect information was given. I have been using Autowise for almost 20yrs and for this factor I will not be using them again.

Not visited this business however manager also owns ST3 Cars Ltd which this rating is about. Purchased vehicle from Mani which after sale found out the goods had major defects that had to be repaired to get through MOT. Asked for a refund but now unable to speak with him as blocked my number and and other Perhaps you will respond to thisways of contact.
