Urgently needed four new tires, searched all the tire stores in Augusta. Pep boys was the only one that had my tires in stock, and same day appointment. Brendan and his crew are amazing! So nice and friendly! Even when the website allowed me to schedule my appointment at 4:00 p.m. but they were closing at 5:00 p.m. so they could be off early to celebrate Labor Day. They took my car in at my appointment time, did a replacement of four tires with balance and alignment in an hour and 24 minutes! I have never experienced such excellent service! I will not be shopping anywhere else.
