Bought desk online- best price I could find for the same desk after quite a bit of shopping around. Customer service and communication was excellent- calling prior to delivery and after to ensure receipt and make sure we were happy with our purchase. We managed to damage the desk and their support was excellent liaising with manufacturer who sent us a spare part. Very impressed. Would definitely buy from them again

Happy to recommend this company. Ordered a bed which was coming into stock. I had regular emails confirming the date they would receive the stock then an email with the delivery date. The delivery company sent a text regarding the time of delivery and arrived promptly. The bed is of a high quality and just what I wanted.

Bought a beautiful Stone International Occasional table. We were very impressed with both the price and the service. We received regular emails updating us on the expected delivery date (even though it hadn’t changed), a courtesy call the day before delivery and a follow up call afterwards. We had made a mistake on the delivery address but the drive sorted it out with a neighbour. It looks beautiful!

Was looking online for a particular swivel/reclining chair. This company came up with the best price, ordering online was simple u0026 they phoned me to advise when it would be delivered. It was pretty simple to assemble, (but I did look at their youtube video guide first!) u0026 I am well pleased with it. A follow up call the next day to ensure everything was in order was the icing on the cake. Very impressed!!

I originally posted a very grumpy review on here regarding being away and therefore not being able to check furniture within 7 days of delivery - I was repeatedly told that company policy is 7 days etc. I have decided to edit this review because I do honestly believe that it was slightly careless writing rather than anything else and we’re all on a journey… The tone of the communication since then has been spot on and having read many of the reviews, CFS is clearly a really good retailer and the customer experience positive. We will be unwrapping our new furniture in a few days and we’re confident that there will be no problem at all.

i had a good experience here as i was trying to find a store i wouldnt get conned at and came across a mirrored table from here. it arrived in a week in good condition, well packaged and a bonus for delivering in the morning the table is really nice. i got it in the sale that looks much more expensive than the full price. Thanks for the smooth process

Bedside cabinet arrived mid morning. Delivery driver very friendly especially as he must have got up really early to make my delivery. The cabinet was just what I expected and was well packed. Shame the manufacturers were a bit slipshod with the storage of the paints drawers. It was a good job they had a protective plastic film on them as it was badly scuffed and scratched. Some of which caused minor scratching to the painted surface. But I can live with that as I expect replacements would be much the same. CFS were great to deal with and communication was good, would use them again.

Second purchase - Hudson side table. Always a good experience with CFS. They have their own delivery team and the furniture is always well packaged. They are EXTREMELY competitively priced. Cox and cox were charging +£100 more for the exact same side table. The first purchase was a gorgeous mango wood sideboard!
