River Island

Called into their store to buy an item and staff on checkout were extremely slow and disinterested. As i went forward to be served, the assistant walked away. I work in retail and that is such poor customer service.

Lovely lady is working there I returned my jacket yesterday but I bought two more jackets today I am happy now thanks for the help 😍

Staff on the 31st August in River Island Dinegall Place Belfast are a disgrace! Stared at me coming out of the changing rooms and we're clearly talking about me and then one staff member proceeded to keep looking at what I was doing. Intimidating staff. Ended up leaving my clothes back and not buying them as felt uncomfortable. Staff in River Island Victoria Square much more helpful , friendly and professional.

Big thank you to Asha (apologies if spelling wrong, she was a manager). Super helpful and kind!!! Small issue with an item and Asha made sure I left the store very happy. Little did I know there was 20% off all the sale items and when she told me this at the till I was bouncing lol she was just as excited with me. River island can be underrated these days. Thanks guys!!!! Super store.

Friendly staff, decent facilities (changing rooms could do with a spruce), good selection of nice clothes and reasonable prices

Very poor customer care staff more interested in the mobile phone's that helping customers
