01-04-2024 22:38Where do I start? The store is filthy. I understand as a value brand that the integrity and visual of the brand is of less value than other retailers, but this store is gross. Dust everywhere. It has clearly not been swept in months. From a merch perspective, sizes and styles of denim haphazardly stacked. Everything is a mess reminiscent of a flee market. Don't bother asking for help, the staff are dreadful. The store manager was directing several staff members on task work and all of them were ignoring customers. Between the scoffs and eyerolls it was quite clear the manager wasn't impressed with her staff. She failed to lead by example, leaving me the customer 3 times at the register whilst she attended to other matters. I haven't been in a Bluenotes for a while, and I can't say I have much desire to return. Price is only part of the shopping satisfaction equation.

10-24-2023 19:04Usually clean and well stocked, and lots of itema to choose from. They offer both men and womens apparel. The hardest part of shopping here, is constantly getting ignored by the staff. I know that I am not thier target shopper, however I have kids that love the style there, so a reminder, never judge a book by its cover.

09-17-2023 10:18When I walked into a store( Guilford mall)I heard an employee and a customer talking about an exchange. During the talk, suddenly, the employee started screaming at the customer. She was saying things like “YOU ARE SO RUDE” and went on and on in an extremely loud voice. However, I didn’t witness any signs of rudeness from the customer. All the customer wanted was an exchange. At the end the employee exchanged her stuff. But I wonder why? Since the employee was so extremely loud and angry, the customer asked for her name. The employee refused to give her name again in an extreme way. The employee seemed to not be in the right mindset. It didn’t happen to me but I am afraid to visit this store now.

08-20-2023 00:22!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could do a Zero star Rating. Employee should advice the customer about their refund policy at the time of First Sale. Earning money for a high school student is twice the hard when compared to a regular adult. When he bought the item, he was told nothing about the refund policy. Return policy - A Store Credit, I truly believe he will never be back there to use the store credit.Merchandise Card. Highly Disappointed with the service, it was just one day after the sale, and they refused to do a full refund. We are willing to talk if you are........!
