09-09-2023 20:28I purchased a kitchen from Howdens and had loads of problems with them. Had to go back manytimrs until I was able to collect all the parts I needed, but notice one part was missing at the end. I went back a explained this and was told that I had collected the part. I was very offended with the way I was treated. Fortunately the part was not that expensive and I decided not to waste anymore time and purchase it some other place. I am not goingvto use them anymore..not recommended at all.

08-06-2023 20:02We contacted howdens for our kitchen and they made an appointment and came out to measure up. That was the last I heard off howdens despite calling daily for over two weeks for my kitchen design that I had been assured was on its way to me. We then turned to Wren, Wren where able to find us a kitchen during our design appointment and the prices were in line with what we expected to pay howdens. The salesman was on time and very reassuring throughout the whole experience and assured us that if we needed anything to call him directly and he would answer any questions we had immediately…. Unlike howdens
