Great place has what i need almost every visit. The layout could use some work, some items are not where you would expect them. Overall this store is revolutionary for our time, allowing people to learn and solve household problems and upgrades in a friendly environment

It's sometimes a little challenging, to find staff help in a big-box store but I had such a great experience at the store(Dundas and Mavis). The staff person who helped me in special orders (doors) doesn't always work in that particular Department, but she went out of her way to help me and get me all the answers I needed, I would definitely go back here.

Nice store and good variety.

I always find what I'm looking for, some of the staff were friendly and helpful. There's always great deals and plenty of deals. The paint department staff was more than helpful and very friendly. One other guy did not seem too helpful. The rest were great.

This location is closer to where we are now but we only stopped by if it is necessary for some materials. Their store is well organized but customer service is horrible here. This is why we don't bother coming here much.
