I ordered Evocore flooring at the Cwmdu store. The salesperson (Hoops) was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything about ordering and measuring and gave us a realistic time frame for delivery. Lovely flooring and excellent service, thank you.

Had a great experience with all the staff there. Had my flooring layed in Gorseinon and all staff were super knowledgeable and assisted quickly when I needed an extra pack of flooring for the fitter. Would highly recommend

Flooring arrived damp and damaged 3 weeks after laying the floor we have numerous chips just from walking over and the little one crawling. Called the company to chase some form of reimbursement as we paid over 700 pounds for the flooring and they offered a 10 pound repair kit as a gesture of good will despite the flooring arriving damp, we called them the day we received it to make them aware of it. When we raised the claim they said they had no record of this call it's taken 3 weeks to try and sort this and they still won't do anything about it. They cheekily said be careful when walking / hoovering G They make O effort to reimburse their paying customers and happy to provide poor products and customer service. I can't stress enough, I'd avoid this company at all costs. The quality is awful and their service is even worse.

First time home buyers, Ethan went through everything with us and added anything we forgot to add. He was so polite and if I ever come back I’ll only want to go to Ethan because of how amazing my experience with him was. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience and giving out so many options and different ideas that helped us make our own decision. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Went into store today with very little knowledge about flooring or the prices. Was greeted by both members of staff and Steve (Hoops) was great from start to finish. We explained our budget and he explained what was available in our range and when we could expect delivery. Glad I went into store to have a look as now I'll have the perfect flooring ready for Christmas! Thank you again both. Made 2 very confused women happy today! 😊

We went into the flooring superstore in Cwm Du to look for kitchen flooring. We had excellent advice from Stephen Hodge, who showed us samples and showed us the flooring that would best suit our needs. And Stephen made the ordering process straight forward. Excellent service. Very happy customers!

Visited the Swansea store today and found a carpet within our budget really quickly as there was lots of choice. Very helpful staff - not pushy at all. Hopefully delivery will be just as straightforward.
