Purchased a week a go with a so called tracking number, then chased it asking wheres my order to be told theyre out of stock. Very annoying and cant understand how a tracking number was provided if no stock...

I gave this company the benefit of the doubt after receiving the perfume I had ordered despite it being shipped in a way that resulted in the bottle breaking during its journey to me. After two weeks of emails, asking me for information I'd already supplied they ultimately never reshipped as requested and then issued a refund. The customer service I received leaves alot to be desired! I won't be purchasing from them again.

Terrible customer service,.I didn't receive my order. When I chased it I got a somewhat rude email saying they'd contacted me about it (they hadn't) to say they didn't have the one I'd ordered. They offered me a cheaper one which I had to accept as it was for a birthday present that was already late. I am still waiting for a refund of the difference weeks later, and they are not answering emails.

Fantastic service from this company. Placed order for perfume which was actually delivered within 3 days of ordering! Will certainly use again and recommend to all and highly recommend trying their Lattafa range!

Quick to send an order received email but will not respond to emails or website messaging. Do not answer the phone either. Do not order from this company. I feel like I've been robbed. Now have the hassle of trying to get a refund from my credit card. Avoid
