Wouldn't reccomend. Got them out to look at my gas heater. Charged me for more time than they were there, Brayden the plumbing manager was rude and very condescending when I questioned the bill. And to top it off my heater had the same problems the next day. When I called again the plumbing manager Brayden had an even more argumentative approach to customer service and said there would be additional charges if anything was found to be at fault, even though I paid for a service that didn't work or found anything wrong. I understand things can happen but when you pay $217 for 35 mins work you would at least think the manager would have a different approach to customers wanting to know where there money went  and if they got what they paid for.

Charged over $800 didnt unblock drain sent me cctv footage which didnt make any sense with what we found after ripping up concrete to find problem. Was told it was under concrete staircase which we removed for no reason after being misled by cctv footage. Had to pay upfront and they could not unblock roots from the drain. Emailed and asked why the video footage made no sense and they they just replied with some diferent photos of my house did not explain why the video did not match what we found after the expensive process of ripping out staircase for no reason the a large section of concrete.

Looks like a very professional plumbing business with the latest technology.
