Travelodge London Central Elephant and Castle

I stayed here over the weekend and it is so much better than a conventional Travelodge. Plenty of space, hot water and a good selection of amenities laid out on the table. We had no complaints at all as the service was spectacular, extra towels were bought to the room in about 1 minute and we had a nice, late checkout. Would definitely recommend to all demographics!

I don't have words to describe how comfortable and clean the rooms were. I had a family room with a double bed plus another 2 single ones, very clean, bathroom very clean, TV, coffee, tea, everything perfect. And it was also very cheap. I will definitely book there again. The members of staff very smiling and friendly. Thank you

We had a mega bad experience to start with, when checking in, from the boss Adriana and started off our holiday on a downer. ( she was just doing her job and wanted to do checks ) We then had the lovely Tally, help us and made us so welcome on the following two days stay. Adriana on check out was completely different and made good, the bad first meet. We was not going back here, because of that. But thanks to the turn around and Tally. It is definitely on our list of hotels, to stay in London. If they would have us ? Don u0026 Dee x

Great visit rooms clean and tidy staff were polite and helpful Great value for money. The breakfast wasn't that great, to be honest, but everything else was spot on. Location wise your in a less busy side of London but very close to tube probably about 10 min walks, we needed an extra night due unforseen circumstances the guy at reception helped us through online booking thankyou to him all in all worth the money and the experience would i book again definitely, well done guys 🙂

I was allocated a room that had water dripping from a faulty air con unit. The door outside my room would bang every time someone used the lift and the heating did not work. I asked if I could change rooms and was told to Come back in the morning to speak to a manager. I’m the morning I was then told the manager was not around and I should send an email. The manager acknowledged my email saying she would look into it. I have since been ghosted and not a single response to my next 6 emails and countless telephone calls.

We chose this hotel for its location to where we needed to visit. Arrived to a smile from the checking in team (which in some parts of London is unheard of). Decent, clean rooms with plenty of space overlooking the London skyline. Option to have fresh towels the following day which was a brilliant service The bar was well maintained by a friendly team and the breakfast was great. Definitely be back here - location 💯, Staff 💯, rooms 💯, food/bar 💯

My friend and I have just returned from a 3 night stay, only hotel I have stayed in when room wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis, you do get clean towels if you hang top up card on room door but that’s it. Room very spacious (no view) heating didn’t work on the first night so we were very cold. Breakfast was excellent and lots of it, we paid for evening meal but I wouldn’t recommend that, if you like burgers and pasta then you’re okay, but it wasn’t for us, better to eat elsewhere to get a bit of choice, might cost a bit more but worth it for a wider selection of food. Location excellent as was the staff. Thanks to Mohamed for eventually sorting the heating.

Great room with a view on the 10th floor. The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. We didn’t have a fridge that’s the only downside if I wanted to store drinks and no bottled water in the room, but we could get water from downstairs at reception. The hotel is near the tube station and lot of bus stops near it and hall the main tourists attractions within couple of miles. Overall great accommodation.
